User agreement

1.General Terms and Conditions

3. Other conditions
3.1. All possible disputes arising from or related to this Agreement are subject to resolution in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
3.2. Nothing in the Agreement can be understood as establishing agency relations, partnership relations, joint business relations, personal employment relations, or any other relations not expressly provided for in the Agreement between the User and the Site Administration.
3.3. The court's recognition of any provision of the Agreement as invalid or non-enforceable does not invalidate other provisions of the Agreement.
3.4. Inaction on the part of the Site Administration in case of violation by any of the Users of the provisions of the Agreement does not deprive the Site Administration of the right to take appropriate actions later to protect its interests and protect copyrights to the Site materials protected in accordance with the law.
3.5. If materials are found on the Website that contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation and violate the rights of other Users, it is necessary to inform by e-mail baikal.secrets@gmail.com .
The User confirms that he is familiar with all the clauses of this Agreement and unconditionally accepts them.
